When you join Discord, you can claim your purchase to automatically get your customer roles - this allows you to open support tickets and get support. Use the bot commands below on the discord channel.
How can I find Tebex-id?

type /claim in and have the @Customer role.
You can get the role directly from us by creating a ticket on the channel on our Discord server.
Write that you are requesting the Customer role as the reason for the ticket, fill in the tbx id (transaction id) and mail address sections completely.
